About Me
Brooke Toulon Clay is an actor, writer, and educator that was born “a country girl with a Northern mentality”. She was raised in Raleigh, NC and spent her summers in Queens, New York. All she ever wanted to be growing up was an actor but suppressed her dreams for a practical life in education.

Brooke graduated high school with her sights set on becoming a high school English teacher but fell in love with Deaf culture which eventually led her to graduate school where she graduated with her Masters in Deaf Education. After graduation she went on to serve as the teacher of the Deaf/hard of hearing for the Liberty County school district for 5 years—until she decided it was time for a change.
In 2020, she began her entrepreneurial journey—writing and publishing The Link 2 Join Hearts: Parent and Me communication journal (2021). She went on to publish Define: A Short Story Journal of self-discovery.
It was in 2022 when Brooke decided to take a leap of faith and chase her dreams. She began her acting career as a student at Tasha Smith Actors Workshop (TSAW) under Coach Erik Ajamu Rudo. She is excited about growing as an actor and telling meaningful stories through film and television.
